The Schedule of Powers (SOP) in respect of earning contracts of Commercial 
department were laid down in terms of Board's letters referred to above.  The matter 
regarding enhancement of powers for acceptance of earning contracts has been under 
consideration of the Board. 
Board has decided to modify the SOP provisions for all commercial earning 
contracts (except parcel leasing and catering) as under:
