Ref: Commercial Circular No.74 of 2007 issued in terms of Board's letter No. 2007/TG IV/39/22/S0P dated 14.08.2007. Please refer to para 6.1.4 and para 6.2.2 of the instructions on the policy for fresh allotment of STD/ISD/PCO/FAX/Internet Booths at Railway Stations, contained in Board's letter of even number dated 22.04.2002 and modifications as carried out in paras 7 and 8 thereafter vide Commercial Circular No.8 of 2004 issued in terms of letter No. Ol/TG IV/l0/PCO/Review dated 14.05.2004. These paragraphs now stand modified in terms of Commercial Circular No.74 of 2007 for Revised Schedule of Powers in Commercial matter for Earning Contracts issued vide Board's letter No. 2007/TG IV/39/22/S0P dated 14.08.2007.
