Sub: Installation of ATMs at Railway station.

Please refer to Commercial Circular no. 3 of 2001 wherein it was indicated
that for awarding of contracts of ATMs, two packet tendering system may be
followed.

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have now decided that partial
modification to the existing guidelines issued through above said circular, Zonal
Railways may adopt ‘Single Packet tendering system’ in place of two packet
tendering system for awarding contracts for ATMs at the stations. There is no
change in any other conditions.

This has the approval of Finance Directorate of Ministry of “J 5.
