S) विषय : बैंको की आटोमेटिक टैलर मशीनों (ए टी एम) के माध्यम से टिकर्टे जारी करना. ... सपर्युक्त विषय पर कृपया इस कार्यालय के 27.8.2002 के seers पत्र (2002 का ,.. वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं. 72) का अवलोकन करें जिसमें बैंकों के ए टी एम के माध्यम से अनारक्षित/ आरक्षित feed, मासिक सीजन टिकर्टे,त्रिमासिक सीजन टिकर्टे जारी करने की सुविधा की शुरूआत के लिए क्षेत्रीय रेलों को अनुदेश जारी किए गए थे. मामले की इस कार्यालय में समीक्षा की गई है तथा यह विनिश्वय किया गया है कि केवल उन बैंकों को ए टी एम के माध्यम से रेलवे टिकटें जारी करने की अनुमति दी जाए Rear सरकारी कामकाज करने के लिए महानियंत्रक लेखा की अनुमति प्रात है. जिस बैंक को महानियंत्रक लेखा का अनुमोदन प्राप्त नहीं है, उसे ए टी एम के माध्यम से fad जारी करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाए. बहरहाल, क्षेत्रीय रेलवे 22. 1.01 के समसंख्यक पत्र are जारी किए गए 2001 के वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं. 2 में अंतर्विष्ट मार्गनिदेशों के अनुसार आटोमैटिक टैलर मशीनें (ए टी एम) लगा सकती हैं. Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 27.8.2002 (Commercial Circular No. 73 of 2002) on the subject quoted above wherein instructions were issued to zonal railways for introducing the facility of issuing Unreserved/Reserved tickets, MSTs/QSTs through ATM of Banks. The matter has been reviewed in this office and it has been decided that only those banks should be allowed to issue railway tickets through ATMs, which have the permission of Controller General of Accounts (CGA’s) to conduct Government business. No bank, which does not have the approval of Controller General of Accounts, should be permitted to issue tickets through its ATMs. However, zonal railway may install Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) as per. guidelines contained in Commercial Circular No. 3 of 2001 issued vide letter of even number dated 22-01-2001.
