Railways have been advised vide Board’s teier peferted to above fur

awarding cole advertisement righ's on ac entire division. The divisions on winch

the pliot project was to be implemeoied were also identified. However, suns

for the entire ecunated division, Borid has re-examined the issue in the light of

response from ti. zonul railways & the following changes/ncedificaiiums Have

been approved,

advertisers, CCM wy nominate any other division which has the
potential for award of sole advertisement rights.

Ig case the entire division can not be nominated for award of avis
advertisement rights, a cluster of stations mes be selected fur award of
sole advertisement nights. In case advertisemeat rights canst be
given for even a cluster of stations, station as a whole may be giveu for
sole advertisement rights, For large stations, where it has been
experienced thal it is not possible to give the entire station on sole
adverlisement rights, the station may be divided inte convenient cones.
The size of & zone for this purpose, however, should not be less than

one platform,

o 5 years as per guidelines issued vide policy circular No 24 dated

tan be kept higher due io the potential of the area being given for
advertiseraetit, the same raay be revised upwards.
