Please refer to para(ii) of this office letter no.2003/TG-I/20/P/Tatkal dated 15.05.2012 (Commercial Circular No.32 of 2012) on the subject quoted above wherein it was advised that whenever an extra coach is attached in a particular train to clear day-to-day rush, vacant berths available in that extra coach should first update Tatkal waiting list of that class and thereafter the vacant accommodation, if any, should update the general waiting list of that class. : 2. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to reverse the above decision and to restore the provision as indicated in para (iii) of _ Commercial Circular No. 35 of 2006 dated 12.04.2006. 3.
