Sub: Amendment in Tatkal Scheme

Please refer to Para (iii) of this office letter no, 2003/TG-I/20/P/Tatkal dated 12.04.2006
(Commi, Circular no, 35 of 2006) on the subject quoted wherein it was advised that whenever an
extra coach is attached in a particular train, vacant berths available in that extra coach after
confirming all waitlisted passengers of general class should be allotted to Tatkal waitlist
passengers of that class, . *

2. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided that this provision may be
modified as under:- é

“Whenever an extra coach is attached in a particular train to clear day-to-day rush, vacant /

berths available in that extra coach should first update Tatkal waiting list of that class and
thereafter the vacant accommodation, if any, should update the general waiting list of that class.” |

3. CRIS will make necessary modifications in the software and advise the date of effect to
all zonal Railways as well as this office. © दर

विषय: तत्काल योजना में संशोधन करना

कृपया. उपर्युक्त विषय पर इस कार्यालय के दिनांक 12.04.2006 के पत्र
सं. 2003/टीजी-/20/पी/तत्काल (2006 का वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं. 35) का पैरा (iii) ce
जिसमें सूचित किया गया था कि जब कभी भी किसी गाड़ी विशेष में अतिरिक्त कोच लगाया
जाता है तो सामान्य श्रेणी के सभी प्रतीक्षारत यात्रियों को कन्फर्म सीट देने के बाद उस
अतिरिक्त कोच में उपलब्ध खाली सीटें उसी श्रेणी के तत्काल प्रतीक्षारत यात्रियों को आबंटित की
जाएं।

2. इस मामले की समीक्षा की गई है और यह विनिश्चय किया गया है कि इस प्रावधान में
निम्नानुसार आशोधन किया जाए:-

" जब कभी भी दिन-प्रति-दिन की भीड़-भाड़ की निकासी के लिए किसी गाड़ी विशेष में
अतिरिक्त कोच लगाया जाता है तो, उस अतिरिक्त कोच में उपलब्ध खाली सीटों को पहले उस
श्रेणी की तत्काल प्रतीक्षा सूची से भरा जाएं और उसके बाद खाली सीटों को यदि कोई हो तो,
उस श्रेणी की सामान्य प्रतीक्षा सूची से भरा aT"

3, क्रिस द्वारा सॉफ्टवेयर में आवश्यक आशोधन किया जाएगा तथा इसे लागू करने की
तारीख सभी क्षेत्रीय tat के साथ-साथ इस कार्यालय को भी सूचित की जाएगी।
