“aera ..... रेल मंत्रालय (Tera बोर्ड) सं. 2000/टी जी-/20/एन/14 नई दिल्ली, दिनांक : मुख्य वाणिज्य प्रबंधक, सभी क्षेत्रीय tet (2003 का वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं. 13) विषय : भारतीय रेल खानपान एवं पर्यटन निगम लि. को ब्लाक बुकिंग करने की अनुमति प्रदान करना, ः बोर्ड के 30.10.2001 के पत्र सं..2001/टी जी-द/20/पी/आई आर सी टी सी/पार्टज (2001 का वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं. 70) के द्वारा क्षेत्रीय रेलों को यह अनुदेश जारी किए गए थे कि भारतीय रेल खानपान एवं पर्यटन निगम की ब्लाक बुकिंग करने की अनुमति दे दी जाए यदि आई भार सी टी सी के जी जी एम और उससे ऊपर के रेंक के प्राधिकृत अधिकारी द्वारा इसकी सिफारिश की जाती है जी इन शर्तों के अध्यधीन है कि एक समय में किसी गाड़ी में 50 शायिकाओं से ज्यादा नहीं अथवा उस श्रेणी में उपलब्ध स्थान के 25% तक, जो भी कम ही, के लिए अनुमति मांगी जाती है और यह स्थान वेल्यू wes टूर पैकेज के लिए बुक किया जा रहा है और नाम, आयु, लिंग आदि जैसे ब्योरे अग्रिम में प्रस्तुत किए जा रहे हैं. आई आर सी टी सी के अनुरोध पर इस कायलिय में इस मामले पर विचार किया गया है और यह विनिश्चय किया गया है कि केवल राज्य पर्यटन विकास निगमों द्वारा प्रायोजित वेल्यू एडेड टूर पैकेजों के लिए बोर्ड के 30.10.2001 के पत्र सं. 2001/ठी जी-ं/20/पी/आई आर सी टी सी/ पार्ट (2001 का वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं.70) के अनुसार, आई आर सी टी सी द्वारा की जाने वाली ग्रुप बुकिंग के समय व्यक्तियों के नाम प्रस्तुत करने की शर्त को एक प्रयोग के आधार पर तीन माह की अवधि अथवा सॉफ्टवेयर में आशोधन किए जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए आई आर सी टी सी को छूट दी जाए. आई आर सी टी सी द्वारा गाड़ी wet के कम से कम 72 घंटे पहले नाम प्रस्तुत करने होंगे अन्यथा ये शायिकायें आम जनता को जारी कर दी जाएगी. यह सुविधा उन वेत्यू एडेड टूर पैकेजों के लिए उपलब्ध होगी, जिनकी यात्राएं 1.4.2003 से शुरू हो रही है और 30.6.2003 को समाप्त at रही है. सर्व-संबंधितों को आवश्यक अनुदेश जारी किए जाए और इस पत्र की पावती हें, हू. छा (आर.पी. ठाकुर) संयुक्त निदेशक यात्री विपणन रेलवे बोर्ड | निदेशक (टी एंड एम), भारतीय रेल खानपान एवं पर्यटन निगम लि. नौवी मंजिल, बैक ऑफ ' बड़ौदा बिल्डिंग, 16 पार्लियामेंट स्ट्रीट, नई दिल्ली को उनके 21.1.03 के oa सं. डारेक्टर (टी एंड एम)/आई आर सी टी सी/2002/पॉलिसी के संदर्भ में प्रतिलिपि प्रेषित RAM-02 न 3A.
