Sub: Cash Incentiveto the ttcket checking staffforgood performance.

The Cash Incentive Scheme for the good work done by ticket checking staff
was extended
upto
March 2010 vide Board's letter of even
number
dated
04.09.2009.It has been decided
to extend the tenure of the scheme further for six
months from April2010to September 2010 with the followingterms and conditions:
a) The 'minimum criteria for qualifying for incentive
scheme
will be
Rs.30,000/-per HE per month on account
of penalty earnings and a
minimum of 150 cases.
Out of these cases, 75 cases should be of
ticketless travel.
b) For
Rajdhani/ A.K.Rajdhani/Shatabdi/ Janashatabdi/Duronto
Express
trains, no weightage
of earning willbe given to ticket checking staff
other than the ticket checking staff manning these trains. Further for
ticket
checking
staff
manning
Rajdhani/A.K.Rajdhani/Shatabdi/Jan
Shatabdi/Duronto
ExpresstraIns, the minimum criteria for qualifying for
incentive scheme willbe Rs.50,000/-per HE per month, irrespective of
number of cases.
c) Only the requisite fare
plus penalty
collected
upto
the
point of
detection shall be considered for incentive.
Normal fare or Difference
of fare (availing in higher class) collected from point of detection
up to
destination station should not be included for calculation of incentive.
d) The amount of incentive should be 5% of the earning from penalty
cases.
4.
The expenditure
accrued
on this account
will be
debited
under
Head
"Demand No.9, Abstract Minor Head 500 and Detailed Head 530". Thisissues with
the concurrence of Finance Directorate of RailwayBoard.
