Sub: Cash Incentive to the ticket checking staff for
good performance.
_ The Cash Incentive Scheme for the ticket checking Staff with modified ferms
and condition stipulating minimum penaity 150 cases and minimum earning
amounting to Rs.30,000/--on account of penalty cases was exfended upto June -
. 2009 on experimental basis vide Board's letter of even number dated 22.05.09
(Commercial Circuiar No. 16 of 2009). . . =
2. The matter has been examined and it has been decided to extend the
present tenure of the scheme beyond June 2009 Upto 31.03.2010 on the same terms
and: conditions, - . .
a) The minimum criteria for qualifying for incentive scheme will be RS.30,000/- on
~ account of penaliy earnings and a minimum of 150 cases. Out of these
Cases, 75 cases should be of ticketless travel. .
Only the fare plus penalty collected upto the’ point of detection shall be -
considered for incentive. Normal fare or Difference of fare {availing in higher
Class) collected. from point of detection up to destination station should not
be included for calculation of incentive. (Reference Board"s fetter
