(COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO._ 34 __OF 2008) Sub:Cash Incentive to the ticket checking staff for good performance. The Cash Incentive Scheme for recognizing the good work done by the ticket checking staff was extended upto 31.03.2008 vide this office letter No. 2006/TG- V/1036/1 dated 28.05.2007 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Board’s Commercial Circular No. 20/2004. Keeping in view the benefits of this Scheme, Board has decided to extend the scheme further for one year upto 31.03.2009 as per existing terms and conditions, as mentioned in Board’s Commercial Circular No. 20/2004. 2. It is desired that the performance of the Cash Incentive Scheme indicating the Number of ticket checking staff given incentive may be furnished w.e.f. April, 08 regularly as per prescribed format. 3. The expenditure accrued on this account will be debited under Head “Demand No.9, Abstract Minor Head 500, Detailed Head 530”. 4. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways. 5. Kindly acknowledge receipt.
