Sub:Cash Incentive to the ticket checking staff for
good performance.

The incentive scheme for recognizing the good work done by the ticket checking
staff has been extended uptc 31.03.2006 vide this office letter No. 2005/TG-V/1036/1
dated 10.08.2005 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Boatd’s Commercial
Circular No. 20/2004, Keeping in view the benefits of this scheme, Board has decided to
extend the scheme forther for one year upto 31.03.2007 as per existing terms and
conditions 25 mentioned in Board's Commercial Circular No, 20/2004.

2. It is desired that the performance of the Incentive Scheme indicating the Number of
ticket checking staff given incentive may be furnished wef April, 06 regularly as per
prescribed format.

3. The expenditure accrued on this account will be debited under Head “Demand No.9,
Abstract Minor Head 500, Detailed Head 530”.

4. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
