Sub: Cash Incentive to the ticket checking staff for 
good performance. 
The present tenure of Cash Incentive Scheme for the good work done by 
ticket checking staff was extended upto 31.03.2012. in terms of Commercial Circular 
No.79/2010 dated 10.09.2010.

The matter has been examined and it has been decided to extend the 
present tenure of the scheme beyond 31.03.2012. upto 31.03.2015 . It has been 
decided that Cash Incenftve may be granted in respect of earning on account of 
penalty cases which should include only the penalty and unbooked luggage and 
not the fare. Other terms and condition as stipulated in Board's letter No. 2006/TG-
V/1036/1 dated 20.04.2010 (Commercial Circular No.22/2010) shall however remain 
same (copy enclosed).

The expenditure accrued on this account will be debited under I lead "Demand 
No.9, Abstract Minor Head 500 and Detailed Head 530". This issue with the 
concurrence of Finance Directorate of Railway Board.

Sub: Cash Incentive to the ticket checking staff for good performance. 
The Cash Incentive Scheme for the good work done by ticket checking staff 
was extended upto March 2010 vide Board's leiter of even number dated 
04.09.2009. It has been decided to extend the tenure of the scheme further for six 
months from April 2010 to September 2010 with the following terms and conditions: 
a) The minimum criteria for qualifying for incentive scheme will be 
Rs.30,000/- per TTE per month on account of penalty earnings and a 
minimum of 150 cases. Out of these cases, 75 cases should be of 
ticketless travel. 
b) For 
Frajdhani/A.K.Rajdhani/Shatabdi/Janashatabeli/Duronto 
Express 
trains, no weightage of earning will be given to ticket checking staff 
other than the ticket checking staff manning these trains. Further for 
ticket checking staff manning Rajdnani/A.K.Rajclhani/Shatabdi/Tan 
Shatabdi/Duronto Express trains, the minimum criteria for qualifying for 
incentive scheme will be Rs.50,000/- per TTE per month, irrespective of 
number of cases. 
c) Only the requisite fare plus penalty collected upto the point of 
detection, shall be considered for incentive. Normal fare or Difference 
of fare (availing in higher class) collected from point of detection up to 
destination station should not be included for calculation of incentive. 
d) The amount of incentive should be 5% of the earning from penally 
cases.

"Demand No.9, Abstract Minor Head 500 and Detailed Head 530". This issues with
