(Commercial Circular No. 42 of 2000) (Correction Slip to Commercial Circular No.21 of 1999) Sub: Frauds in case of manual refunds कम हैक लव न हक कर . _ Please refer to this Office letter of even number dated 23.77.1999 regarding frauds in case of manual refunds wherein it was advised that in all such tickets on which refund is not permissible across the _ counter "No refund" should appear on the reservation charts under the column of ticket number, The matter has been reviewed in the Ministry of Railways and it has been decided that in all such cases where refund is not permissible across the counter, "No refund" should appear on the reservation charts under the message column and not under the ticket number and, therefore, the authority to travel and the meéeassge “no refund’ must appear together.
