Inspection dated 7,9.98 wherein it was desired that the staff
dealing with refund cage should verify the senuingness of tickets

‘and. its Particulars before granting refund to avoid fraud. Howevey,

different methods, It has been observed that Most of the frauds int
Tefund cages take. place in the refund being’ granted manually,

was found that a fraudulent Manual refund was granted on a

transaction, it has been decided that henceforth: in all such tickets
