Refund of fare across the PRS counter within the prescribed time limit shall be permissible only on -. Surrendering of original PRS counter tickets. (ii) .. Now confirmed /RAC/Wait Listed PRS counter tickets shall be cancelled through IRCTC _. website or through 139 within the prescribed time limit mentioned in the Refund Rule,2015, (iii) Other terms and conditions will remain same as mentioned in commercial circular Nos, 20 & 20A of 2016, 2, _ This scheme shall be implemented with effect from 24.05.2016+ 3.
