Circular No.11 of 2006), 13/02/2006 (Commercial Circular No. 14 of 
2006) and 14/02/2006 (Commercial Circular No.15 of 2006).  A 
clarification has been sought whether upgradation scheme will be 
provided in special trains also.   
 
It is clarified that upgradation scheme will be extended to all 
special trains to be run during summer/winter/holidays.  This will, 
however, be possible only in those special trains which have 3AC coaches.
