(Commercial Circular No.14 of 2006) Sub: Scheme for upgradation of full fare paying Passengers. ----- In continuation of this office letters of even number dated 23/01/2006 (Commercial Circular No.8 of 2006) and 02/02/2006 (Commercial Circular No.11 of 2006), it has been decided that the scheme of upgradation of full fare paying passengers should be implemented in all Mail/Express trains w.e.f. 24/02/2006 REPEAT 24/02/2006. Necessary action may kindly be taken immediately for firing these trains in phased manner so as to ensure that the scheme of upgradation is implemented in all Mail/Express trains w.e.f 24/02/2006.
