If the ticket is accounted for in the system but is not printed on the ticket stationary, the supervisor should be called, the ticket should be non-issued and shift terminated in his / her presence.

He / She will check that all characters are legible and correct slash number is printed on the ticket before the same is issued to the passenger. He / She should ensure that no Blank Paper Ticket is issued to a destination which has already been fed in to the destination database.
