1. As a result of Centralised Computer Based Tests (CBTs) (main examination) held on
04.05.2025 & 18.05.2025 with 50% of employees appearing on each dates and supplementary
examination held on 01.06.2025 for formation of panel for promotion to the Group “B” post of ACM
against 70% quota {Total vacancies: 02 (UR-02, SC-Nil ST-Nil including 01 PwBD vacancy (LD-
OA/OL, Leprosy Cured, Acid Attack Victims)} in Commercial Department on South Western Railway
the following employees have qualified for viva-voce subject to their medical fitness in the prescribed
category:-

Note: As per RBE No. 10/2025 dated 03.02.2025, the above list is in the order of seniority (Category-wise).
2. The respective Office/Division/Unit have to take necessary action for directing the above
employees to undergo medical examination as per para 530 (a) & 531 of IRMM for the post of ACM
and their original Medical fitness certificate may be sent to this office by 21.07.2025 certain. For
PwBD candidate’s functional classification is LD-OA/OL, Leprosy Cured, Acid Attack Victims.
3. _ The above named employees may be advised that mere passing of medical
examination will not confer on them any right for empanelment as ACM. Employees failing in
the prescribed medical examination shall not be called for the viva-voce rescribed medical examination shall not be called for the viva-voce.

4. Updated original Service Register and original APARs of the above employees for the
preceding 05 years (2019-20 to 2023-24) may be sent to this office on or before 21.07.2025. Please
note that it is the responsibility of the Controlling Officer where the employees are presently working
to collect the APARs wherever they have worked during the last 5 years and send them in a bunch
to reach this office before
5. If any DAR/Criminal cases and Vigilance/Criminal cases are pending, against the above
named employees or if they are undergoing any penalty, the details thereof with latest position of the
case(s) may be furnished to this office before 21.07.2025. Prescribed format for DAR/Criminal
clearance is enclosed. The format should be invariably adhered to.
6. The above mentioned employees may also be advised to be in readiness to appear for the
viva-voce at short notice, if they are found medically fit. The date for the same will be advised in due
course.
ही In case, the employees are on sick/leave/working elsewhere/ deputation/training etc., they
should be advised immediately at their present official/personal known address under clear
acknowledgement without fail.
