As a result of Centralised Computer Based Tests (CBTs) (main examination) held on
04.05.2025 & 18.05.2025 with 50% of employees appearing on each date and supplementary
examination held on 01.06.2025 for formation of panel for promotion to the Group “B” post of
AOM/ATM against 70% quota {Total vacancies: 03 (UR-2, SC-Nil, ST-1 & PwBD-Nil)} in Operating
Department on South Western Railway the following employees have qualified for viva-voce subject

2. The respective Office/Division/Unit have to take necessary action for directing the above
employees to undergo medical examination as per para 530 (a) & 531 of IRMM for the post of
AOM/ATM and their original Medical fitness certificates may be sent to this office by 21.07.2025
certain.
3. The above named employees may be advised that mere passing of medical
examination will not confer on them any right for empanelment as AOM/ATM. Employees
failing in the prescribed medical examination shall not be called for the viva-voce shall not be called for the viva-voce.
4. Updated original Service Registers and original APARs of the above employees for the
preceding 05 years (2019-20 to 2023-24) may be sent to this office on or before 21.07.2025. Please
note that it is the responsibility of the Controlling Officer where the employees are presently working
to collect the APARs wherever they had worked during the last 5 years and send them in a bunch to
reach this office before 21.07.2025.
5. lf any DAR/Criminal casés and Vigilance/Criminal cases are pending, against the above
named employees or if they are undergoing any penalty, the details thereof with latest position of the
case(s) may be furnished to this office before 21.07.2025. Prescribed format for DAR/Criminal
clearance is enclosed. The format should be invariably adhered to.
6. The above mentioned employees may 9150 be advised to be in readiness to appear for the
viva-voce at short notice, if they are found medically fit. The date for the same will be advised in due
course.
7. In case, the employees dre on sick/leave/working elsewhere/ deputation/training etc., they
should be advised immediately at their present official/personal f n address under clear
acknowledgement without fail.
