As a result of Centralised Computer Based Objective type Examinations (CBTs) (main
examination ) held on 04.05.2025 & 18.05.2025 with 50% of employees appearing on each date and
supplementary examination held on 01.06.2025 for formation of panel for promotion to the Group “B”
post of ASTE/ADSTE against 70% quota {Total vacancies: 7 (UR-5, SC-2, ST-Nil, PwBD-Nil)} in S&T

2. The respective Office/Division/Unit have to take necessary action for directing the above
employees to undergo medical examination as per para 530 (a) & 531 of IRMM for the Group ‘B’ post of
ASTE/ADSTE and their original Medical fitness certificates may be sent to this office by 21.07.2025
certain. rr
3. The above named employees may be advised that mere passing of medical examination
will not confer on them right for empanelment as ASTE/ADSTE. Employees failing in the
prescribed medical examination shall not be called for the viva-voce viva-voce.
4. Updated original Service Register and original APARs of the above employees for the
preceding 05 years (2019-20 to 2023-24) may be sent to this office on or before 21.07.2025. Please
note that it is the responsibility of the Controlling Officer where the employees are presently working to
collect the APARs wherever they had worked during the last 5 years and send them in a bunch to reach
this office before 21.07.2025.
5. If any DAR/Criminal cases and Vigilance/Criminal cases are pending, against the above named
employees or if he is undergoing any penalty, the details thereof with latest position of the case(s) may
be furnished to this office before 21.07.2025. Prescribed format for DAR/Criminal clearance is
