Ref: 1. This office notification of even number dated 25.11.2024. With reference to above, the CBT/Written examination for filling up 2 (UR=01, SC=01, ST=Nil) Group ‘B' posts of ASTE/ADSTE against 70% (PQ), held on 04.05.2025, 18.05.2025 followed by supplementary examination on 01.06.2025 over NCR, conducted by RRB Ajmer for the post of ASTE, Level-8 of Pay Matrix in 7th CPC (PB 9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4800 of 6th CPC) for the assessment period from 01.01.2025 to 30.06.2027, the employees in Annex. —'A’ are found provisionally eligible for the viva-voce test in terms of Railway Board's letter No. E(GP)2024/2/48 (E No. 3466256) dated 03.02.2025 (RBE 10/2025). The list of the 12 (Twelve) candidates who have qualified in CBT/written examination is enclosed as Annex. —A’. 1. Controlling Officer is requested to advice to the above candidate to be in readiness for attending viva-voce at very short notice, date of which will be intimated later on. 2. The candidate may be directed to undergo the prescribed standard of Medical examination for Group '8' Gazetted (Technical). In terms of instructions contained in Railway Board's letter No E(GP)80/2/8 dated 31.10.1991, only those employees who qualify/Pass the Medical examination of prescribed standard as per para 530 & 531 of IRMM should be called for viva-voce. Medical memo in original along with one photocopy duly attested may be sent to Gazetted Section (Confidential)/Personnel Department/NCR/HQ/PRYJ on or before 21.07.2025 positively. 3. Personnel Officer of the concerned unit is advised to send ACR/APARs for the last 06 years (2019-2024 with year ending), current D&AR status and Service Records updated in all respect of the candidates enlisted in Annexure 'A' may be sent to Gazetted Section (Confidential)/ Personnel Department/NCR/HQ/PRYJ on or before 21.07.2025 positively. In case any of the APARs is not written/not available, the APARs for the preceding year may be sent alongwith the certificate of the non availability etc. It may also be ensured that date of promotions in each Grade is recorded in the service record. 4. GM/Vigilance is requested to kindly arrange to furnish current vigilance status of the above candidate to Gazetted Section (Confidential)/ Personnel Department/NCR/HQ/PRYJ on or before 21.07.2025 positively. 5, D&AR/Vigilance status also includes indicating whether the candidate is undergoing punishment in the D&AR/Vigilance case effecting such promotion or otherwise may be sent to Gazetted Section (Confidential)/ Personnel Department/NCR/HQ/PRY4J on or before 21.07.2025 positively. 6. The result is subject to final outcome of pending court case, in any Hon'ble court.
