ar NO ae No.14 of Rates Master Circular/Weighment/2019/0 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Ya मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-I/2020/109/efile/1 (3323589) New Delhi, dt.22.04.2025 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Dispensation from weighment in case of empty containers Ref: Corrigendum No.13 of Rates Master Circular/Weighment/2019/0 dt.12.04.2024 Please refer to Board’s circular under reference regarding guidelines for dispensation from weighment in case of container rake loaded with empty containers subject to the condition that Zonal Railway will conduct random checks on 5% of rakes. These guidelines are valid up to 14.04.2025. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the validity of aforesaid guidelines for a further period of one year i.e. upto 14.04.2026. Zonal Railways will furnish their suggestion alongwith data of 5% random checks of rakes for review.
