Addendum No.8 of Rates Master a Addendum No.8 of Rates Master Circular/Weighment/2019/0 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रैलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-1/2020/109/efile/1 (3323589) New Delhi, dt.09.12.2024 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Dispensation from mandatory weighment in case of Nut Coke Ref: Addendum No.6 of Rates Master Circular/Weighment/2019/0 dtd.13.06.2024 Please refer to Board’s circular under reference stipulating guidelines regarding Dispensation from mandatory weighment of wagon/rake loaded with Nut Coke, by inserting additional Para 3.4.1 in Rates Master Circular/Weighment/2019/0, as under: “3.4.1; Dispensation from mandatory weighment of wagon/rake loaded with Nut Coke may be permitted with a proviso that at least 5% of rakes should be subjected to weighment (where sample rake to be selected should be completely random) and as per the guidelines prescribed for petroleum/Metallurgical coke vide Para 3.4”. These guidelines are valid upto 14.12.2024. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the currency of the above-mentioned guidelines beyond 14.12.2024, for a further period of one year i.e. upto 14.12.2025.
