Online Goods Balance Sheet Traffic Accounts Directorate of Railway Board has informed that Traffic Accounts

Chief Commercial Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Online Goods Balance Sheet Ref: (i) Board's letter No.TC-I/2015/108/8 Pt. dt.13.03.2019 (ii)Board's letters No.TC-I/2020/103/efile/1-Part(1)(3328202)dt.04.09.2020, । dt.13.01.2021 and dt.28.01.2021 Please refer to Board's letter dt.13.03.2019 under reference (i) vide which Zonal Railways have been advised to ensure preparation & submission of online goods balance sheet, besides system based preparation of Demurrage/wharfage bill. The same has been reiterated vide Board’s letters under reference (ii). Traffic Accounts Directorate of Railway Board has informed that Traffic Accounts Management System(TAMS) has been implemented. It is contemplated that the entire gamut of Traffic Accounts working is to be brought to one domain through seamless interfacing with FOIS, UTS, PRS, PMS and AIMS(IPAS).
