Engine on Load Scheme(TIELS) and the Railway Administration is sent herewith. The format of 
this agreement has been vetted by Finance and Legal Directorates of the Ministry of Railways.

ENGINE ON LOAD SCHEME  (TIELS) 
 
 
This Agreement is executed at          on this _______ day of _______  2006     between the 
President of India acting through the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, _______ Division 
having its office at Divisional Railway Manager Office ------------------  Railway, having its 
headquarters at  ____________,  hereinafter called as the “ Railway Administration” (which 
expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean & 
include its successors and assigns) of the one part:
