(रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) रेल भवन, नई दिलल््बी-110001 No. 2025/TC(FM)/18/05 New Delhi, dt. 10.06.2025 The General Managers, All Zonal Railways Sub: Amendment no. 3 to Master Circular on ‘Gati Shakti Multi-modal Cargo Terminal (GCT)/2022/0 dated 06.12.2022 Ref: (i) Master Circular on GCT/2022/0 issued vide Board’s letter no. 2021/TC(FM)/18/23 dated 06.12.2022 (ii) FM Circular no. 05 of 2024 dated 13.02.2024. 1.0 Please refer to Board’s letter no. 2021/TC(FM)/18/23 (Pt. 2) dated 13.02.2024 - Freight Marketing Circular No. 05 of 2024 — wherein para no. 9 of Schedule ‘2’ of GCT Master Circular, regarding ‘bidding parameters for GCT’ was amended. 2.0 Now, in view of issues highlighted by Zonal Railways, the same has been reviewed and accordingly para 9 of Schedule ‘2’ of GCT Master Circular stands amended as under : ह Existing para Revised Para Para 9 of Schedule ‘2’ - Para 9 of Schedule ‘2’ - Bidder shall quote the percentage | Bidder will be required to quote the percentage in of the share of Terminal Charges / | share of Terminal Charge and Terminal Access Terminal Access Charge | Charges (TC / TAC) which they will claim fromthe (TC/TAC) that will be retained by | Railway for all traffic handled at the Terminal. Railways — Eligible bidder asking for the minimum %share or claiming least share of TC / TAC will be awarded the A.
