Charges for haulage of empty coaches on private account It has been decided to revise the charges for haulage of empty coaches/stock as under:-

REF:- Board’s Commercial Circular No. 12 of 2016 dated 17.03.2016. It has been decided to revise the charges for haulage of empty coaches/stock as under:- 2. Charges for empty haulage of coaching stock on private account manufactured in ICF, RCF & other Production Unit of Railways and transported to Bangladesh & other countries shall be as under:- (i). When hauled by 124 per Coach per km. subject to a minimum of %12,400 per a scheduled train Coach for all gauges (minimum distance for charge 100km). (ii). When hauled as © %3743 per train per km, subject to a minimum of €3,74,300 per special train train for all gauges (minimum distance for charge 100 km). ~ If the charges at the rate of %124.00 per coach per kilometer for the actual number of coaches hauled by a special train works out higher than the charges at rates indicated in (ii) above, the former would be leviable. 3. Charges for empty haulage of coaching stock on private account manufactured in other than Railway Production Units like by BEML, Jindal Rail Infrastructure Ltd. ete. to Bangladesh and other countries shall be as under:- (i) When hauled by 2%129 per coach per km subject to minimum of 712900 per a scheduled train vehicle for gauges (minimum distance for charge 100 Kms). (ii) When hauled as %3906 per trains per km subject to minimum of 2390600 special train (minimum distance for charge 100 Kms). If the charges at the rate of 7129.00 per coach per kilometer for the actual number of coaches hauled by a special train works out the higher than the charges at rates indicated in 3 (ii) -2/- PC-3 RC DATA Mise. Notes -2- 4. These charges will come into force with immediate effect and will remain valid till further advice, 5. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways. 6. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned immediately, a (Shelly Srivastava).
