Railway, Kolkata So 7 Western: Railway, Mumbai Sub: Charges for Special Trains for shooting of films with Goods stock Ref: This office letter of even no. dated 15.12.2009 and 07.01.2010 aKK In supersession of letters under reference, it has been decided to revise the charges of booking of Special Trains for shooting of films with goods stock .The following guidelines shall be applicable for charging special trains with composition containing goods stock :- , _ (1) Haulage Charges for Film Special Train with goods stock: Freight will be charged at Class 190 on the basis of the PCC for a minimum composition of 5 wagons irrespective of the number of wagons supplied, The minimum chargeable distance would be for 200 Kms. . ' ः (2) Charges for Goods Brake Van: | a goods brake van is required to be . attached to the shooting special, charges should be realised as for 1* class coach subject to the minimum charges leviable for 18 berths for a minimum distance of 200 Kms. along with all other charges due as in the case of coaching stock along with service charge of 30%. ~ : (3) Detention Charge: Detention Charges @ Rs.900/- per hour or part thereof per wagon will be collected as per charges notified and revised from time to time. (4) Busy season surcharge: Busy season surcharge will be levied @ 15% of the Base freight. (5) Engine Detention Charge: (i) These charges shall be applicable as notified vide Board’s Letter No.F(C)/2003/27/1 dated 21.04.2016 and as revised from time to time _ -(il) Light Engine Charge:*If an-engine is required to run fight to and from any — ‘ shed or depot for the purpose of running the film special, empty haulage charge @ Rs.704/- per Km will be levied or as revised from time to time. (6) Empty Haulage Charge: Empty haulage charge will be levied at actual distance of empty haul at 100% of freight for the carrying capacity of wagon subject fo minimum haul for 200 Kms and as revised from time to time (7) Service Charge: A service charge of 30% will be levied on. the overall | charges . (8) Development Charge: Development Charge will be levied @ 5% on NTR (9) Security Deposit: Rs.50,000/- per wagon will be collected subject to minimum Rs.2,50,000/- (10) For Film specials of narrow gauge sections, in addition to above, 20% hilly area surcharge shall be levied on the total charges (11) In the case of AC coaches/First Class coaches, service tax @ 4.50% and as revised from time to time shall be levied separately (12) Minimum charge: Minimum charge for a train with minimum composition of -§ wagons for 200 Kms will be Rs.4,26,600/- per day. For movement of film specials for more than 200 Kms or having composition more than 5 coaches, actual charge will be calculated for the actual distance covered by - the train as per instructions above ; - Besides these charges, the charges as per para (10) above for narrow gauge section shall be levied separately (13) Further, ‘the following charges as per PR manual shall also be levied:- . (i) Security deposit (As per PR Manual): A security deposit (SD) in the form of cash, bank draft is taken in advance. The security deposit amount shall be decided '- by the General Manage
