Sub: Printing and Display of reservation charts.
As per Para 626 ~f IRCM Volume-I, reservation charts
should be displayed at the main entrance of the station and/or on the
platform from which the trains are scheduled to leave as early as
possible but not less than 2 hours before the due departure of the
trains.
It has been observed that at some locations, charts are not
being printed well in advance of departure of the trains, resulting in
uncertainty and severe inconvenience to the passengers, particularly
in metro and other major cities.

It is, therefore, desired that Zonal Railways should ensure that
reservation charts are printed and displayed sufficiently well in
advance before the due departure of train, so as to comply with
provisions of Para 626 ofIRCM Vol-I.
