New Delhi, date 31 --12 -2003 To Chief Commercial Manager, All Zonal Railways हू Commercial Circular No. 36 of 2003 ) Sub: Reservation on Internet through IRCTC - Refund of charges collected. for issuance of duplicate ticket . _ Please refer to this office letter NO.TC-1/98/Rules dated 26-03-2003 (Commercial Circular No.21 of 2003) regarding refund of charges collected for issuance of duplicate ticket. This aspect has been examined in this office, it has been decided that the following procedure may be adopted for refund of fare collected for duplicate ticket issued through Internet:- 4. The customer, like other general ticket passenger shall report Internet lost tickets to the Railways. The reservation supervisor shall tag the transaction as “Ticket Lost’ in the system. The Cancellation of Internet “Lost Ticket’ tagged transaction should not be allowed by the system. ं 2. The duplicate ticket if desired by the Internet customer, shall be issued by the system against cash payment due as per the extant rules for issue of duplicate tickets, 3. The duplicate tickets shall bear the message “e-ticket no cash refund” and: will be of type टी. only. दि . ं 4. In case the customer subsequently finds the Internet ticket, he shall. again report the Railway reservation counter and transaction shall be set at “Ticket Found”. The flag on this ticket will set to “ticket found” and the duplicate ticket be cancelled and refund of duplicate ticket charges, less cancellation charges be made in cash as per extant Railway rules. CCM(PS)s & CCM(PM)s of all Zonal Railways. ’ : # ES BAHT tert tarrera Qeaa ard) सं. 2003/4 जी-1/20/पी/आई टी एस नई दिल्ली, दिनांक : मुख्य वाणिज्य प्रबंधक, सभी क्षेत्रीय रेलें (2003 का वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं. 56) fret: भारतीय रेल खानपान एवं पर्यटन निगम के माध्यम से इंटरनेट पर आरक्षण - डुप्लीकेट टिकट जारी करने हेतु लिए गए प्रभार की वापसी, डुप्लीकेट टिकट जारी करने के लिए लिए गए प्रभार की वापसी के संबंध में कृपया इस कार्यालय के 26.3.2003 के पत्र सं. टी सी-1/98/रूलस् (2003 का वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं. 21) देखें. इस पहलू की इस कार्यालय में जांच की गई है और यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि इंटरनेट के माध्यम से जारी की गई डुप्लीकेट टिकट हेतु लिए गए किराए की वापसी के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाए: - lL. ग्राहक अन्य सामान्य टिकट वाले यात्री को तरह रेलवे को इंटरनेट वाली गुम हुई टिकटों के संबंध में रिपोर्ट करेगा. आरक्षण पर्यवेक्षक सिस्टम में ट्रांसैक्शन को 'टिकट लॉस्ट' के रूप में टैग कर देगा. इंटरनेंट पर 'टिकट लॉस्ट' टैग वाले ट्रांसैक्शन को रद्द करने की सिस्टम द्वारा अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी. 2. इंटरनेट ग्राहक द्वारा डुप्लीकेट टिकट मांगने पर, डुप्लीकेट टिकटों को जारी करने के लिए मौजूदा नियमों के अनुसार देय नक़द भुगतान करने पर टिकट जारी किए जाएंगे.. 3. डुप्लीकेट टिकटों पर 'ई-टिकट नो कैश रिफंड' संदेश छपा होगा और ये टिकरटें केवल 'यु' किस्म की होंगी. 4. यदि ग्राहक को बाद में इंटरनेट टिकट मिल जाती है तो वह दुबारा रेलवें आरक्षण कार्उटर को रिपोर्ट करेगा और ट्रांसैक्शन को 'टिकट फाउंड' पर सैट कर दिया जाएगा. इस टिकट पर 'टिकट फाउंड' का फ्लैग सैट कर दिया जाएगा और डुप्लीकेट टिकट को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और मौजूदा नियमों के अनुसार डुप्लीकेट टिकट की धन वापसी रदकरण प्रभार कम करके नक़द के रूप में की जाएगी.
