Refund Scheme,

Please refer to this office letter NO.TC-I1/2003/98/Rules dated 26-03-2003
(Commercial Circular No.2] of 2003) regarding refund of charges collected for
issuance of duplicate ticket. It is clarified that the refund procedure ibid is also
applicable to Internet tickets issued by IRCTC. Action may be taken accordingly.
