stipulating
norms
for
deployment
of Catering
Staff of licensee
operated
Pantry
Car
Services
in
RajdhanilShatabdi
Express and other Mail/Express trains, Board has decided
that in
Garib Rath Express trains, one waiter per coach
and
one
Manager
plus one
Supervisor per train be deployed for managing
catering services. These new norms
are applicable
only in the rakes of Garib Rath Express where 'Mini Pantry facilities
have been provided in AC Three TIerCoaches, similaron the lines of Shatabdil Jana
Shatabdi Expresstrains.

However, in the old rakes (firstfour rakes where mini pantry had not been
provided), the norms for deployment of catering staff as contained
in Board's letter
No. 2000/TG-IIi/645/11dated
30.9.2005 (Commercial Circular No. 41 of 2005) shall
continue to be followed.
As and when these old rakes are replaced
with coaches
having 'MiniPantry' facility, new norms may be implemented
accordingly.

of Finance.
