COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO.25/2008 Sub: Permission to Board Garib Rath Express Trains In continuation of Board’s Commercial Circular nos. 51/2004, 22/2005 and 42/2005 regarding boarding of trains at originating as well as intermediate stations, it has further been decided that the provisions stipulated therein shall also be extended to both AC Chair Car and AC 3 Tier classes of Garib Rath Express trains provided the passenger is holding a Iind Class M/E ticket. This instruction will come into force with immediate लि (Ravinesh Kumar) Director, Traffic Commercial (G) Railway Board.
