Reference Board’s letter of even number dated 23.03.2007 (Commercial
Circular No. 31 of 2007) regarding revision of Passenger Fares – Railway Budget
2007-08.

In para 15 of the above letter, the words “Coaching Tariff No. 26, Part II”
may be read as “Coaching Tariff No. 25, Part II”.

Necessary corrigendum may be issued to all concerned immediately. The
Coaching Tariff No. 25, Part II contains the Basic Fares. It must be ensured that
instructions regarding various reductions in passenger fares under Dynamic
Pricing Policy reach to all concerned staff well in time so as to ensure correct
charging of fares.

This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of
Railways.
