(Commercial Circular No. 28 of 2010) Sub: Appointment of Jan Sadharan Ticket Booking Sewak (JTBS). Please refer to this office letters of even number of dated 24.01.2008 and 29.04.2008 regarding extension of JTBS Scheme for a period of two years. 2. The matter regarding extension of this scheme has been examined in this office and it has been decided to extend this scheme for another two years i.e. up to 28.04.2012. It has, however, been observed that serious efforts have not been made to ensure proliferation of this scheme. It is, therefore, desired as under:- a) ZOhalRailways should take all necessary steps for appointment of JTBS not only at the identified locations but also some additional locations. Feedback of the scheme along with comments of FA & CAO may be sent to this office on a six monthly basis. The suggestions for proliferation of this scheme, if any, may be forwarded to this office with observations of FA & CAO and approval of CCM. b) c) 3.
