These rules were challenged in Hon’ble Supreme Court and based on the judgment dated 07.09.2015 passed by ' Hon’ble Supreme Court, the representations of RTSAs were examined and certain “amendments have been made in the Authorisation of RTSA Rules, 2014 vide §.0.1426(E) dated 13.04.2016, a copy of which is enclosed. be 1.1 IRCTC will make necessary modifications accordingly to implement revised provisions of RTSA Rules, 2014 2. It has also been decided that all other e-ticketing agents authorised by IRCTC for issuing of e-tickets shall also realise service charges prescribed for RTSAs ie .. @ €20/- per ticket for Sleeper and 2S classes and %40/- per ticket for all other classes. 2.1 Further, all authorised ticketing agents including RTSAs, e-ticketing agents and also YTSKs should be allowed to book. tickets in Suvidha trains without any restrictions 3.
