However, it has been observed from the utilisation figures bemg received from Zonal - Railways that some Railways are still continuing with Tatkal scheme — on some trains where the utilisation ts poor Ministry of Railway desire that the Tatkal scheme should be withdrawn from those trains where the utilisation is poor-te¢, less than $0% on an average in six months period (Dr k& ९.
