When the freight charges are paid at the forwarding station, it is called ‘paid traffic’ and a paid railway receipt is issued.

Minimum weight for charge is PCC of the wagon. Minimum freight charge is Rs. 100. <!-- Slide number: 14 --> # Where to pay freight charges ? Freight charges can either be paid at the booking station or at the destination station.
