No. P(S)535/111/32/Vol.4 Date: 05.08.2024 PCCM, CCMI/PS, CCM/PM, CCM/FM, SDGM, Sr. DPO/DPO/MAS, TPJ, SA, MDU, PGT TVC, CAO/CNIMS, CPD/RE/MS, CPD/MTP/MS, Chairman/RRB/MAS, TVC, Chairman/RCT/MAS & ERS NOTIFICATION Sub: Notification to fill up TWO vacancies of Instructor/Commercial at MDZTI/TPJ (Ex-cadre) (Tenure) in PML-6 (GP Rs.4200). kk kkk जी मै मी It is proposed to conduct a_ selection for filling up TWO vacancies of Instructor/Commercial (ex- cadre) in PML-6 @ MDZTI/TPJ by calling volunteers from eligible employees working in Commercial Department in PML-6 (excluding Ministerial Staff). 1.0Eligibility Criteria: Employees/Volunteers called from Commercial Department Staff (excluding Age limit Upper Age limit as on the date of notification Conditions for applications Cooling off period Ministerial Staff) working in PML - 6 on regular measure in terms of RBE No. 79/2019. is 58 years in terms of RBE No. 104/2023. Employees already working in another ex- cadre post for more than 5 years need not apply in terms of PBC No. 116/2023. 5 vears in terms of RBE No. 104/2023 In terms of RBE No. 104/2023, the cooling off period between two tenures should‘ be at least one year. 2.0 Selection Procedure i) ii) ii) iv) v) In terms of PBC No. 263/2018, 46/2019 and PBC No. 268/2022, the examination shall comprise of 100% objective-type multiple-choice questions and will be conducted on OMR or CBT as decided by the competent authority. The duration of exam will not be less than 120 minutes. Selection will consist of examination and class room lecture trial and will be regulated as per RBE No. 79/2019. Only those candidates who score not less than 60% in the Examination (Professional ability) will be called for class room lecture trial in terms of RBE No. 04/2020. The maximum marks is 100 and qualifying marks is 60%. Questions on Official Language Policy and marks therefor will be regulated in terms of PBC No. 46/2019. In terms of RBE No. 194/2019, circulated vide PBC No, 264/2019, there shall be negative marking @ 1/3 ™ mark reduced for every wrong answer. Selection will be based on merit as per the instructions contained in RBE No. 4/2020 read with RBE No. 39/2020. 3.0 General Instructions i) Applications should be submitted through online mode only from 07.08.2024 to 06.09.2024 in Personnel Branch notification website at https://notifications.srhapb.in duly adhering to the procedures and instructions envisaged in PBC No. 150/2022 dated 30.08.2022. The link for the notification along with instructions/application form will be made available from 07.08.2024 in the Personnel Branch notification website at https://notifications.srhqpb.in and also in the Rail net website of Southern Railway. iii) The employees willing to apply for the above selection have to submit their applications through the above-mentioned website in online mode only. Applications received from any other mode will be summarily rejected. iv) The employees should upload the requisite documents in the above-mentioned web in PDF format as a single file only.
