Sub:Notification of Permissible Carrying Capacity (PCC) of various wagons up to one decimal place. Ref.: Rates Master Circular on PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0 and corrigenda thereto. 1. The extant Permissible Carrying Capacity (PCC) of various wagons has been reviewed and the Competent Authority has decided to revise the PCC of various, wagons up to one decimal place. 2. Accordingly, revised PCC shall be as per Annexure-I over 25 tonne axle load routes; Annexure-IA over Excepted CC+6, Universalized CC+6, & CC+8 routes; Annexure-IB for traffic to Bangladesh; and Annexure-IC for container wagons. 3 All other terms and conditions of Rates Master Circular referred above shall remain the same. 4. All remaining wagons, which have not been mentioned in this Circular will continue to be charged without any change, however, the same should immediately be reported to this office. 5. Discrepancy, if any noticed, should also immediately be reported to this office. 6. These instructions shall come into force with effect from 01.01.2024 and shall remain in operation till further advice. 7.
