Ref: Rates Circular No. 16 of 2020 and corrigenda thereto. असर 4. In terms of Corrigendum No.5 to Rates Circular No.16 of 2020, the instructions for concession to short lead traffic were issued which is valid till 31.12.2024. 2. The matter has been reviewed and the Competent Authority has decided to extend the validity of the above instructions beyond 31.12.2024 and the same will be in force till 31.12.2025. 3. All other terms and conditions laid down in above referred Rates Circular shall continue to apply unchanged. 4. All Zonal Railways please keep a watch on the subject traffic and arrange to provide comments at the end of each financial year enabling this office to review the subject concession. 5.
