Corrigendum No. 10 to Rates Circular No. 32 of 2021 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TCR/1015/2020/Rates/NMG-BCCNR-BCACM/3332914 Dated:08.11.2024 महाप्रबंधक, सभी क्षेत्रीय रेलवे Sub: Freight rates for automobile traffic transported in ACT-1, ACT-2 & ACT-3 wagons. Ref: (i) Rates Circular No.32 of 2021 and corrigendum thereto. (ii) Freight Marketing Circular No. 1 and No.22 of 2024. In terms of Rates Circular No.32 of 2021 and corrigendum thereto, freight rates for transportation of automobile traffic in different automobile stocks have been , notified. Further to this, in terms of Freight Marketing Circular No.1 & 22 of 2024, freight rates for automobile traffic transported in BCACBM wagons have been notified. 2! References have been received regarding notification of freight rates for automobile traffic transported in ACT-1, ACT-2 & ACT-3 wagons. The matter has been examined and it has been decided to fix the freight rates for transportation of automobile traffic in these wagons as per the following i. The freight rates for automobile traffic transported in ACT-2 & ACT-3 wagons will be at par with the freight rates applicable for loaded BCACBM wagons in both decks with height of vehicle up to 1600mm. ii. The freight rates for automobile traffic transported in ACT-1 wagons will be 0.8 times the freight rates applicable for loaded BCACBM wagons in both decks with height of vehicle up to 1600mm. 3. These instructions will come into effect from the date of. introduction of these wagons and shall remain valid till further advice. 4.
