Sub: Additional free time for covering wagons with tarpaulins during
loading of loose/bulk commodities

Ref: Corrigendum No.14 to Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-
Waiver/2016/0 dt.21.10.2020

Please refer to Board's Circular under reference which stipulates as under-

"Additional free time of one hour per rake may be permitted for covering
open wagons with tarpaulins during loading of loose/bulk commodity (e.g. Coal &
Coke etc. for which packing condition P2(a) is prescribed in the Goods Tariff) at
all kinds of freight terminals e.g. goods sheds, sidings (including EOL sidings),
PFTs etc.

In the above guidelines, "open wagons" means top open wagons €.g. BOXN,
BOBRN etc. used for loading loose/bulk commodity.
