Corrigendum No.53 of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-I/2024/20 1 /efile/8(3475840) New Delhi, dt.17.10.2024 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Waiver of Demurrage/Wharfage Charge Ref: Corrigendum No.44 dt.31.10.2023 of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage- Waiver/2016/0 Please refer to Board’s circular under reference stipulating guidelines regarding waiver of Demurrage/Wharfage, by inserting additional para 3.6 in Chapter-III of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage- Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0, as under: “3.6. AGM will be the final authority for consideration of application/appeal for waiver. No appeal will be entertained against the decision of AGM.” These guidelines are valid upto 31.10.2024. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the validity of above- mentioned guidelines beyond 31.10.2024, till further advice.
