Sub: Rate of Stabling Charge
Ref: Corrigendum No.24 to Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0
In terms of Corrigendum o.24 of Rates Master Circular under reference, the rate of Stabling
Charge in case of all privately owned wagons including wagons owned by container operator is
"t575/- per wagon per day or part of a day. These guidelines are valid upto 31.03.2023.
The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided that the rate of Stabling Charge in case
of all privately owned wagons including wagons owned by container operators will be "t630/- per
wagon per day or part of a day, from 01.04.2023 till 31.03.2024.
This issues in consultation with Freight Marketing Branch & Traffic Transportation
Directorate and with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Railway Board.
