भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-1/2021/201/efile/1 (3344010) New Delhi, dt.28.03.2025 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Rate of Stabling Charge Ref:Corrigendum No.52 of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 In terms of Board’s circular under reference, the rate of Stabling Charge in case of all privately owned wagons including wagons owned by container operators is 2650/- per wagon per day or part of a day. These guidelines are valid upto 31.03.2025. The issue of revision of the stabling charges is under consideration of the Board, for the interim period and it has been decided to extend the existing rates of Stabling Charge i.e.2650/- per wagon per day or part of a day in case of all privately, owned wagons including wagons owned by container operators beyond 31.03.2025, for one month i.e. upto 30.04.2025. This issues in consultation with Freight Marketing Branch & Traffic Transportation Directorate and Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
