Sub: Change of destination in case of Premium Indents 
Ref: (i) Rates Circular No.32 of 2020 and its amendments 
(ii)Rule 201 of Chapter-II of Goods Tariff Part-I(Vol-I) 
One of the Zonal Railway has sought clarification regarding applicability of the guidelines 
regarding change of destination station in case of closure of the destination goods shed in case of 
Premium Indents. 
The matter has been examined in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate of 
Railway Board. It is to state that the guidelines stipulated for indents as per Rule 201 of Chapter-II 
of Goods Tariff Part-I(Vol-I), including change of destination station, are also applicable in case 
of Premium Indent except specific provisions prescribed for Premium Indent.
