Extant guidelines regarding Transportation of Liquid Medical Oxygen(LMO) in
Cryogenic tankers and containers; Oxygen Generation Plant and Freight Advance Scheme by
State Government Authority are prescribed vide Board’s circulars/letters under reference. These
guidelines are valid till 15th July’ 2022 vide Corrigendum No.08 to Rates Circular No.16 of
2021.
The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the validity of above
mentioned guidelines beyond 15th July’ 2022, for a further period of three months, i.e. upto 15th
October’ 2022.
This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation Directorate and with the
concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
